昆達里尼瑜伽是很特別的瑜伽，跟一般瑜伽完全不同！一般瑜伽著重在「外部」的動作上，但昆達里尼瑜伽著重在「內部」的動作：能量的流動、身體、心裡、情緒上的變化，整堂課幾乎都是閉著眼睛上課！

當你的感知往內，覺察力、直覺就會越來越敏感，更能聆聽到內心的智慧！

昆達里尼瑜伽一樣有動作，但不著墨在體式，更多是在「持續地動、或是靜止不動」，這一連串的動作任務都是有目的的，並且能間接地激活身體的穴位，不管是過程中、結束後，身體內會有很多的釋放、鬆開、流動！每一次的課程內容都會因應主題的不同而改變，你很少會上到一模一樣的內容！

1.報名一期課程僅限請假一次可保留補課一堂，請假請於三天前告知，當天請假只接受病假（需附上診斷證明），其餘請假不予補課
2.補課請於兩個月內完成，亦可轉讓給親友使用
3.逢天災(如颱風、地震、豪雨等)依照行政院人事行政局或台北市政府公告停課與否，本中心不另行通知。所耽誤課程由本中心公告替代方案，遇有國定假日，本中心均照常上課
4.本中心保有課程變更、異動之權利，如有調整以本中心公告為準

師資簡介

Carien Tej Dayal 是一位經驗豐富、遊歷廣泛的瑜伽老師與療癒師。

過去的 8 年裡，她在不同國家教瑜伽、提供身心療癒，她用她多重的知識與身分 – 瑜伽老師、占星家、塔羅師、身體工作者和內在舞蹈師幫助世界各地的人，與他們的內在智慧、聲音和力量做連結！

Carien針對每個人的獨特性，使用不同的「方法」，幫助他們在人生的道路上突破瓶頸、走上他們該走的靈魂道路！

她正直、舒服的方式、以及幫助他人的熱情讓她廣為學生喜愛！她傳播愛、能量與光芒到任何她旅行的地方！

Carien擁有 15 年的瑜伽經驗，包括 Ashtanga Vinyasa（八肢瑜伽）、尼古瑪瑜伽、陰瑜伽、各種冥想和呼吸療法，現在她專注於教授昆達里尼瑜伽，並正在成為昆達里尼瑜伽培訓師的道路上。

Carien Tej Dayal is an experienced and well-travelled light worker. For the past 8 years, she has been offering her expertise as a Yoga Teacher, Inner Dance Facilitator, Astrologer, Tarot Reader and Body Worker to people all around the world. Her goal is to help individuals connect with their inner wisdom and power, and to support them on their personal journey using the tools and techniques she has developed over time. Additionally, she is currently in the process of becoming a teacher trainer for Kundalini Yoga. Known for her integrity, passion for service, and ability to create lasting results, Carien is dedicated to spreading light and positivity wherever she goes.
